About DroidDeck Guide

DroidDeck Guide is an independent, unofficial site about DroidDeck, the open-source Android app that runs the Steam client on Snapdragon devices. It is not run by the DroidDeck developers and has no connection to them or to Valve.

Why this site exists

DroidDeck’s documentation is written for people who are comfortable on GitHub. Many people looking for it are not. This site restates the official information in plain language: what DroidDeck is, which devices are supported, which file to download and how to install it.

What this site does not do

It does not host, mirror or modify DroidDeck APK files. Every download link goes to the official GitHub releases page. The developers have said that DroidDeck has no stand-alone website and that people should not trust download links on sites claiming to be the DroidDeck team. This site makes no such claim.

Where the information comes from

From the README and release notes in the official repository. Each page shows the date it was last checked. Where the official documentation does not say something, this site says so instead of guessing.

If you are a DroidDeck developer and want something changed or removed, use the contact page.
